Pan-Seared Orange

Fried fish is simply a fast food  no frills makes every night of the week. Cilantro and lime juice in clear  floral sauce  such as orange roughy fish is a delicate taste  a perfect accompaniment. Sesame oil is a touch of your prosperity  the last line tells nutty flavor.

Asparagus is a simple side dish  and is the site of the light  healthy and delicious food on the table in minutes.

Note: Serve with a crisp-tender texture as many fresh vegetables  asparagus is its best. Cook very thin only 3-4 minutes to pasty and boring rod  if the plan goes  rough for a couple of minutes to occur.

For 2 (easily doubled)

        1 cup coriander leaves
        Half a small shallot  coarsely chopped
        Half lime juice
        Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
        2 tablespoons white sugar
        1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
        1/4 teaspoon dried red chili flakes
        Freshly ground black pepper
        2 tablespoons oil soup  divided
        2-6 oz orange roughy fillets (or other mild fish) 1/3 1/2 inch thick
        Sea salt
        4 oz thin asparagus stalks  cut

preparation

        In a food processor (chili peppers through) the first 7 ingredients well down and the sauce is a thin  solid place in the oil until the mixture is texture.

        Season with pepper and handed a cup. (Soy sauce is as much a need to add salt to the sauce.) Set aside.

        Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat and coat the rotation  add 1 tablespoon oil.
